Bellini.World is pleased to introduce the 'ready to drink' Italian cocktails from SeiBellissimi!
HOW DID BELLINI COME ABOUT?
SeiBellissimi is based on an idea by Giancarlo Mancino; a world-famous Italian cocktail bartender and entrepreneur. Cocktails only became popular in Europe from the 1920s onwards and so the Bellini was founded around 1948 in Harry's Bar in Venice. The first SeiBellissimi cocktail was created by Giuseppe Cipriani based on white peach and muscatel wine. Giancarlo Mancino has, as it were, 'reinvented' this classic cocktail, mixing tradition with innovation.
The combination of sparkling wine from the Moscatel Piedmontese grape with ripe seasonal fruit from Trentino produces elegant, fruity cocktails. The sweetness of ripe summer fruit embellished with fragrant bubbles, and fruitiness combined with freshness. Delicious as an aperitif, but also easy to combine with finger food, antipasti and desserts, and also as a base for other cocktails.

To support our SeiBellissimi cocktail line, we have created Bar as a Service (BaaS). A beautiful, mobile SeiBellissimi bar, in white or anthracite, to make all your events extra special. The bar fits almost anywhere: from the office to the roof terrace or patio. The bar has a serving area and two coolers for bottles and ice cubes.
